New publications and expert tasks can be registered in TUNICRIS. However, please make sure that you haven’t already saved the same information in SoleCRIS or Julki since data transfer from these systems is still in progress.

The library has started importing new publications

The library has started importing new publications into TUNICRIS. The library regularly imports publications from the Scopus database. Publications are also imported from other databases (e.g. WoS, PubMed, Arto, Medic) a few times a year. The system automatically sends you a message whenever you are added to a publication. This allows you to keep track of the publications that have been imported or saved by others. You can also supplement the imported data yourself. Please keep in mind that researchers must always ensure that all of their publications have been registered in TUNICRIS.

Self-archive your articles via TUNICRIS

In accordance with the Tampere University Community's open science policy, self-archiving of research articles is required if the publisher's policy allows self-archiving. You can now easily self-archive your publications via TUNICRIS.

Data transfer from legacy systems to TUNICRIS continues

We are still transferring data from SoleCRIS to TUNICRIS. There may still be errors and missing data. SoleCRIS expert tasks have not been transferred yet.

  • Transfer of data from Julki to TUNICRIS is largely complete. There may still be errors and missing data.
  • The contents of TUTCRIS have been completely transferred. Some information is still being corrected.
  • The library will post an update in the intranet when all data has been transferred. Unlike previously instructed, do not compare your data with the old systems until the transfer and duplicate merger are complete.

We apologize for the delay in the data transfer. Transferring and merging data from different sources has been more complex and much slower than expected. We’re doing our best to transfer all data to TUNICRIS as soon as possible.
