What should you consider when trying to select the right publication channel for your article or book manuscript? This training is particularly aimed at early career researchers or staff with less experience in academic publishing.

After the training:
- You will be able to take various perspectives into account when choosing a publication channel.
- You will know what so-called predatory publications and conferences are, and be able to identify their main characteristics.
- You will have an idea about the background and implications of unethical publishing activities.
- You will know the key tools for assessing the quality of publication channels, but also understand the various limitations associated with them.
