April is International Citizen Science Month. What is citizen science, and why does it matter? Can we also include, under the same umbrella or at its edges, co research, participatory research, or science education? The library’s new theme collection offers perspectives on the topic.
The collection introduces books and journals on citizen science, co research, and research partnerships with people outside the academic community. At the heart of citizen science are the ways in which people can actively influence science, research, and their own lives. Citizen science also plays a part in making science more open. Explore the collection and get inspired by the possibilities of doing research together!
The Library also has other theme collections that allow you to delve deeper into interesting topics.
