Student sport competitions benefits
Tampere universities support all their students who participate in major student sport competitions. These are Universiades, World University Championships, European Universities Championships and EUSA Games. The responsibility of handling the benefits applications is granted to TUrVoKe ry, Mahti ry and SportUni based on campuses.
There is a code of conduct that determines for example which competitions are supported, how the benefits are applied and how they are granted.
Benefits are applied with a form that is sent to a concerning organization based on which campus athlete or majority of team members study.
It is wished that athletes send social media content to universities from the competition trip. Form and way can be whatever suits best for the athlete.
