SportUni Break Exercise

Take a break - it makes you feel good!

Break exercise has been found to have significant effects on both physical and mental well-being. Pause of work has a significant effect, for example, an increase in blood circulation in the body and an improvement in vitality. Even short and regular breaks can promote work efficiency and increase energy in everyday life.

SportUni organizes a break exercise open to the entire Tuni community on Tuesday afternoons from 14:00 to 14:15. Add BoostBreak to your calendar!

Finnish Student Sports Federation has collected tips on how to include brakes to ones workday aka how to drive "Achy" away
