The Library's customer service and facilities during the winter of 2020-2021

To minimize the risk of infection and to identify potential chains of infection, staff and students will have access to campus and library facilities with their key card.

All premises continue to comply with the applicable safety instructions regarding safety intervals and hygiene instructions. We ask our customers to follow the above-mentioned safety instructions on the library premises.

All units of the Library and all reading room facilities will be completely closed at the turn of the year from 21st of December 2020 to 3rd of January 2021.

On Tuesday 5th of January 2021 the library facilities and customer services will be closed at 16.00.

On Wednesday 6th of January 2021 the Library's Units will be completely closed.

1.12.2020 onwards:

Linna silent reading room, Arvo learning centre and Hervanta Library are open from 7.30 to 22.00. from Mon to Sun.   

TAMK Mediapolis unit

Open with Mediapolis access card according to TAMK access policy. Customer service Tue and Thu 10.00 – 14.00, if needed you can contact us by tel. 040 801 6296.

Chat service

Open Mon-Fri from 9 to 15. 

Hervanta's pick-up service point

For external customers is open on weekdays Mon-Fri from 8 to 16. (With an access card, you can get to the pick-up service point from 8 to 19.)

In Hervanta, the reservation pick-up service point will also serve our external customers in the Logos (A119) room on the 1st floor of the Kampusareena.
