Apply now for Bachelor’s programmes in English
Tampere University offers two English-taught Bachelor’s programmes. The International Degree Programme in Science and Engineering is a cross-disciplinary degree programme combining science and technology. It has been offered since 2016. For the first time, Tampere University invites applications to the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Sustainable Urban Development. Sustainable Urban Development is a multidisciplinary programme which combines expertise on urban development in the fields of built environment and social and administrative sciences.
TAMK offers a total of six programmes in English in 2020. The new programme on offer this year is Entrepreneurship and Team Leadership which continues our 20 years of success at Proakatemia. This is a new type of entrepreneurship degree, where students learn how to work as a team entrepreneur with real clients and understand the true meaning of teamwork. Other programmes on offer are Environmental Engineering, International Business, Media & Arts, Nursing and Software Engineering.
Both international and Finnish applicants are invited to apply. Programmes are in conducted English and no knowledge of Finnish language is required apart from TAMK’s Nursing programme, where working with patients is vital all the way from the start of the programme.
All students accepted for Tampere University Bachelor’s Programmes are automatically given the right to continue their studies directly towards a the Master’s degree at Tampere University without having to re-apply.
Please apply for admission to the programmes through the Studyinfo.fi system. Admitted students will start their studies in August 2020.
