Your own information

You can view information about your username on the id.tuni.fi service My personal information page. Log in to the service with the TUNI ID at id.tuni.fi. On the front page of the service, click on the “My personal information” button under the heading “Browse your personal information”.  

The main window shows the user's personal information, username, contact information, study rights and contracts.  

In the My personal information section, you can view the user rights granted to you, change the language of your transaction, and choose the primary agreement:  

• Reviewing user rights   
  You can view the permissions granted to you by clicking on the down-pointing hook behind your contract. This opens the access authorization list. You can terminate the user right by selecting the "Revoke" function.  
• Exchange of priority contract  
  If you have more than one valid contract, you can specify a primary contract. A primary contract can only be defined if the types of contracts correspond (e.g. TAMK employment contract, TAU employment contract).  The Primary Agreement is defined with the "Set as primary" button on the right side of the contract information. The M365's display name is based on the primary contract.  
• Change Settings       
  From the Change Settings button, you can access the My Settings page. Here you can change the language of the service (FI, EN) if necessary. The Change your password button on the My settings page redirects you to password.tuni.fi, where you can change your password.

Notes on own data  

If you see not only the email address but also the yellow triangle in the username and contact information section, it means that the email box in question is not in use. No e-mail can be sent to or from this address. This is due to the type of visitor agreement that does not have e-mail access. However, the email address can be used to log in to TUNI services.
