The Bachelor's Degree Programme in Entrepreneurship and Team Leadership is grounded on a high impact entrepreneurial team learning and coaching model originally developed in Finland. This innovative approach emphasizes experiential learning, peer collaboration, and leadership development, preparing students to thrive in dynamic, real-world environments.

At TAMK Proakatemia, students form real team enterprises and work collaboratively as team entrepreneurs. Through running their own businesses, they gain hands-on experience among others in entrepreneurship, leadership, project management, and teamwork. Learning takes place through active participation and collaboration with student’s own team company as well as the entire Proakatemia community.

Learning is guided by professional coaches who support the teams in setting goals and aligning their activities with the curriculum. This unique approach combines theory with practice, empowering students to take ownership of their learning and develop the skills needed for future success.
