My role as a University Lecturer in English Linguistics includes teaching and research activities. I teach linguistics, language variation, and themes around second-language intelligibility to BA and MA students. In addition, I am active within language teachers' in-service training. My research interests include second-language intelligibility, comprehensibility, fluency, and accent, and pronunciation learning, teaching, and assessment.
