Team Entrepreneurship, Proakatemia degree programme is built on an advanced Finnish team learning and coaching pedagogy. Learning happens through teamwork, dialogue, and weekly reflection within your team at campus. Professional team coaches support your journey by guiding innovation processes and helping you set and achieve your personal and team learning goals in line with the curriculum. This unique entrepreneurship degree gives you a strong foundation for a career such as founder, leader and changemaker. 

Your studies cover leadership and management, sales and marketing, financial management, teamwork, and the creation of new services, products, and business models. Throughout the programme, you will deepen your understanding of markets, customers, and how businesses operate. As a member of a team enterprise, you will also develop essential meta skills: vision, courage, collaboration, communication, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking. 

With more than 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship education, Proakatemia is also a vibrant entrepreneurial community with alumni, coaches, business partners and a local entrepreneurship ecosystem. The team learning model requires commitment, presence, and active participation throughout your studies. Student selection is based on a pre-task assignment and an online interview with the academic staff for top candidates. Applicants who have completed their previous background education outside of Finland must provide an English language proficiency certificate (see exceptions below).

Applicants who do not have to provide the English language proficiency certificate:

• Applicants who have completed higher education degree in Australia, Canada, the European Union or EEA, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, or the United States
• Applicants who have completed upper secondary degree in an EU/EEA country, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, or the United States

Important dates:

• 26 November 2026 - pre-task instructions are published on the pre-task instructions page
• 21 January 2027- submit your application and the pre-task with a passport copy
• 4 February 2027 - online interview invitations are sent
• 9 - 11 February 2027 - online interviews will take place
• 6 July 2027 - student selection results are published by the latest
