The Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Team Entrepreneurship is grounded in a high-impact entrepreneurial team learning model developed in Finland. This approach emphasises experiential learning, dialogue, peer collaboration, and leadership development, preparing students to thrive in dynamic, real-world environments.
At TAMK Proakatemia, students form real team enterprises and run actual business activities throughout their studies. By building and developing their own team company, students gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, project management, sales, marketing, financial management, innovation, and teamwork. Learning happens through active participation, customer projects, professional literature, reflective writing, and collaboration within the entire Proakatemia community.
Professional coaches support each team in setting goals, strengthening team culture, and aligning activities with the curriculum. This model combines theory, practice, and continuous reflection, empowering students to take ownership of their learning and to develop the competencies needed for future working life.
Proakatemia’s value path — trust, courage, doing, learning, and success — guides the learning journey and fosters a culture where students are encouraged to experiment, take responsibility, and grow as entrepreneurs and leaders. The environment offers strong networks, international opportunities, and a supportive community that helps students turn ideas into impactful results.
