Tampere University invites alumni to join Homecoming Day on 8 November
Homecoming Day begins with a keynote seminar at Tampere Hall, featuring distinguished speakers and topical themes. The themes covered include strategies to ensure Finland continues to thrive in the years ahead as well as insights into digital power and geopolitics. The keynote speech will be delivered by Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Henna Virkkunen.
After the seminar, alumni are invited to visit their home campuses in the city centre, Kauppi and Hervanta, where faculty-specific programmes and activities will take place. The event promises joyful reunions, a touch of nostalgia, and updates on the latest developments in research and education.
The event concludes with a relaxing and memorable gathering at Tampere Hall.

As places are limited, we recommend early registration. Registration closes on 17 October.
