The Tampere Universities community’s TUNI user account will be created automatically according to person’s right to study or written agreement made in HR services.  Basic user rights become available three days before your student status, employment contract or resource agreement becomes effective.
Your TUNI user account is based on information stored in our student records or HR records. Please contact the Student Affairs Office or HR Services if you need to update this information. For example, if your name changes, your display name must be updated in our records.
Your username is generated using random characters and serves as your personal identifier. All TUNI usernames are unique; identical usernames are never created for multiple users. Changing your username is not possible, as any alteration would result in data loss and compromise the integrity and accessibility of information.

Find more information at logging in to the electronic services -page.
