Online studies

University-level studies are free of charge for students of partner upper secondary schools that have signed a cooperation agreement. The student's own school pays for the studies to the Tampere University according to the agreement. After completing the course, the student:<ul><li>masters the basic vocabulary used by health professionals in the fields of anatomy and physiology,</li><li>can identify the different tissue types of the human body and their specific characteristics,</li><li>knows the functional macro-anatomy of human organ systems,</li><li>knows the main physiological functions and mechanisms of action of human organ systems,</li><li>knows the principles of vital signs regulation mechanisms and vital signs regulation,</li><li>is able to form an overall picture of the interaction of the body&amp;#39;s systems,</li><li>understand how the laws of chemistry and physics underlie physiological functions.</li></ul>
