Exchange student’s health services, well-being and safety

The healthcare services for exchange students are provided by the City of Tampere's Student Health Care Services for the citizens of the EU/EEA/EFTA countries (and a few exceptions) and by private clinics for the citizens of non-EU/EEA/EFTA countries. More details can be found below.

*The reform of healthcare, social welfare and rescue services in the beginning of 2023. The wellbeing services county of Pirkanmaa will begin operations on January 1, 2023 and that will affect also the City of Tampere's Student Health Care Services. The same service points will continue in the current premises and with the current personnel, but since the reform is huge, that might mean some changes in the services, websites not being updated, translated in English or forwarded.
