The LuovAIn! project brings artificial intelligence to creative industries nationwide

The project will map the current AI expertise in the field, organize online workshops and a national roadshow, and compile a learning platform and operating model based on best practices. The aim is to support micro and small entrepreneurs in particular in adopting new technologies that facilitate practical work.
LuovAIn! is an ESF+ funded project that brings the possibilities of artificial intelligence more widely into the daily work of the creative sector and the development of ecosystems. The universities of Turku, Oulu, and Tampere, as well as LAB University of Applied Sciences, are participating in the implementation of the project.
The project has also published a free online course entitled Generative Artificial Intelligence in Creative Work. The course offers creative professionals a practical overview of the possibilities, limitations, and ethical issues of generative artificial intelligence. The course covers topics such as the functioning of language, image, sound, and video models, as well as practical examples of how artificial intelligence can be used to support one's own creative work. The course is equivalent to approximately five credits and is open to everyone.
