The library develops its services based on feedback

Did you participate in the library user survey last fall or leave us feedback about our services? We have opened a new section on the library's website called Library facts and figures, which contains information about the feedback and monitoring data we have collected and the corrective actions taken based on them.
The page provides an up-to-date description of the information we use to develop our services to meet the needs of our users. For example, you can see how the responses to last year's user survey compare to previous years or how the number of library visits has returned to high levels after the covid years. We update the page throughout the year as new surveys and the latest statistics provide us new information.
Explore our new page and give feedback on both the pages and the library's operations in general. It is also important that you continue to actively participate in the library's surveys. Feedback and responses will help us to identify and respond to the changing needs of our customers.
