Enhancing library services through user feedback

The library collects user feedback regularly using different kinds of surveys and feedback forms. We also monitor service usage and other measurable metrics. This page provides a summary of feedback and statistical data from various library services over the past few years. We also explain how we have developed the library services based on the collected data. 

Based on user surveys and other feedback, our greatest strength is our service orientation, which is evident in all areas of our services. We acquire materials based on purchase requests, develop our facilities to meet the changing needs of students, and support and train our researchers in publishing their scientific work. 

Our greatest area for improvement is how to make all these services visible and how to best inform our target groups about them. 

We are still happy to receive feedback on all areas of our services. We always respond to the feedback we receive if the feedback provider has left their contact information. We use the feedback to develop our services and activities.
