Systems physiology and modelling

Introduction

Computational "in-silico" modelling is an expanding area of biological and physiological research toolbox. We have strong expertise on modelling the biophysical systems from cells to organs and whole body level. This includes e.g modelling cardiac or neurnal system drug effects, bioelectric measurements and fields or biomechanical assessment of devices or cellualr functions. We can construct or use models based on compartmental tools as well as finite element models featuring also the geometries and time reletated events of meny physical and biophysical phenomena.
