Course completion at Open University

The course is organized in the autumn semester in the second teaching period. The course includes participation in lectures (optional), solving weekly exercises (optional), completing a group assignment (mandatory) and an exam (mandatory).

The course includes an electronic Exam. The student takes the exam at a time of their choosing in the EXAM facilities. Please familiarize yourself with the instructions for taking the Exam.

Required prior knowledge

Students are expected to have decent programming skills. The basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL language is recommended. Recommended prerequisites: COMP.CS.300 Data Structures and Algorithms 1 and DATA.DB.100 Database Basics. Please ensure that you have completed the required prerequisites before registering! By registering, you agree to comply with the requirements and, upon request, you can present a transcript of records showing the completion of the required prerequisites.
