Towards inclusive vocational education

The aim of the INKLU project is to ensure that all students studying in vocational education and training have equal access to the support they need to acquire the necessary skills, complete a qualification and find employment, regardless of where they are studying or where they are in Finland.

Goal

The project clarify the processes and practices of special support and multidisciplinary cooperation, developing the skills of staff in vocational education and training institutions in student support and multidisciplinary cooperation and training trainers in special support for vocational teacher training, special needs teacher training and guidance counsellor training.

The INKLU project will develop approaches to special support and disseminate them nationally. The aim is to reach 80% of VET providers in Finland.

The project is coordinated nationally by Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, JAMK.
