The costs of work disability are significant for individuals, employers, and society. The role of occupational health care in identifying the risk of disability and implementing measures to support work ability is crucial.
The aim of this study is to identify signals predicting work ability risk from health survey responses and medical records. By utilizing modern artificial intelligence-based methods, the goal is to achieve a more precise level of identifying work ability phenomena, thereby enhancing the identification of individuals and workplaces where it is appropriate to invest in measures to prevent work disability.
