

About me
Neha completed her Ph.D. in Management and Finance from the University of Calabria, Italy. She is currently working as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Faculty of Management and Business at Tampere University, Finland. Her Ph.D. research work focused on exploring the impact of women on corporate performance and corporate fraud. At present, she is working on a collaborative research project of Tampere University and LUT University- “Action4Commons: Collective Stakeholder Action for Commons: Integrating Business-Stakeholder Value Creation with Polycentric Governance”. Neha is also an active member of the RESPMAN research group, which conducts research on the relationships between business, society, and nature from different perspectives, including responsible management, firm-stakeholder interaction, corporate responsibility, and sustainable development. Her fields of research interest include gender diversity, corporate fraud, firm value, sustainability, biodiversity, and stakeholder engagement.
