ORCID is a free, unique, persistent identifier for individuals to use as they engage in research, scholarship, and innovation activities. Join this ORCID info session organised by the library to get tips on how to keep your profile up-to-date!
The Open Science Guidelines of the Tampere higher education community advice each researcher to register an ORCID researcher identifier and use it in all scientific activities. You can use the ORCID ID eg. in the TUNICRIS research information system and the researcher profile tool in Research.fi service.
