Description

The goals of the course are: To recognize the core concepts and theories of organizational behavior and leadership, to understand organizations and organizing processes, understand the legal position of organizations and managers, and recognize the versatility of leadership. The course will prepare students for the roles of a subornidate and supervisor. A goal is also to experience benefits and challenges of working in a team.
