IT Helpdesk’s electronic service on weekdays at 8-17, outside term time 8-15. IT Helpdesk also helps on campuses if the problem cannot be solved with remote support tools.

Calling the IT Helpdesk service number is chargeable (local network/mobile call charge). The price of the call is determined according to the operator’s price list.

We do not have an immediate solution for all needs, so it can take a little longer to realise needs and wishes. Cases that we do not know how to solve directly will be directed to customer needs.
