For example, studying intermediate studies may require some completed basic studies. These are described on the Information about studies tab of the study unit under prior requirements.</p><p>When you have been admitted to the studies, you must enrol separately via the Sisu information system for the implementation of the unit of study and, for example if set, for a practise group of your choice. You will receive instructions on how to do this by e-mail after you have confirmed your acceptance of the study place by paying the required fee.</p>

This course familiarizes the students with the configuration of service offerings, design of service delivery systems, and organization and management of service systems in industrial firms. After participating in the course, the students will know the components of modern, successful industrial service systems, and understand their design and coordination requirements. They understand the reasons and mechanisms of service business transformation in manufacturing firms. The students are capable to analyze industrial service systems based on available information and topical research and utilize their analysis to promote industrial companies&amp;#39; service business transformation. <br>

<h2>Prerequisites</h2>Basics of industrial management (teollisuustalouden perusteet) or equivalent is a necessary prerequisite.
