Strategic and Innovative Organizations (SIO) group binds together researchers interested in strategies, organizations, and innovative ways of organizing.
We understand these themes broadly including perspectives that build on different traditions of research (including behavioural, institutional, sociological) and different levels of analysis (micro, organisational, macro) at the local, societal, and global settings.
Our research endorses methodological diversity to capture the complex and processual nature of these issues.
