This project created models, tools and practices for materializing the potential of safety performance measurement. More intensive research and development work was carried out in four Finnish case companies. The three main phases of the project were: 1. Maturity analysis of safety performance measurement usage, 2. Creation of a safety performance map illustrating the cause-effect chains of safety performance, 3. Toolbox for supporting the measurement and management of safety performance.
