The project seeks to improve and develop more efficient and cost-effective systems of gambling and gaming harm prevention, reduction, and treatment at a local level.
The project provides practitioners in areas such as social work and school health services with information and tools for identifying risks and problems related to gambling and gaming and for addressing these issues. The project works with health and well-being professionals on a regional level to develop more efficient pathways to appropriate services and treatment for people suffering from gambling and gaming problems, as well as for their close relations.
