Develop models, tools, and recommendations to support vocational institutions and universities of applied sciences in providing flexible and cost-effective training solutions that meet labor market needs.

   Enhance the skills of teaching and leadership staff to better respond to changing competence requirements in working life.

   Identify and develop methods that strengthen vocational teachers' ability to design and implement micro-credential-based training.

   Build an ecosystem that promotes collaboration between vocational education and working life.

Target Groups

   Vocational education institutions: teaching staff, supervisors, managers, work-life coordinators, and professionals involved in lifelong learning and work-life collaboration

   Vocational teacher education institutions: teacher educators and those responsible for training programs

   Universities of applied sciences: developers and managers of continuous learning initiatives

Goal

ocational education is undergoing a major transformation – and teachers are at its core.

Vocational teacher education institutions play a key national role in developing vocational teaching and promoting lifelong learning. This project aims to build future-oriented competencies that meet the evolving needs of working life.

The project strengthens the capacity of vocational education providers to deliver flexible, work-based learning solutions. These solutions support career-oriented learning paths and foster interaction between vocational institutions and their networks in the world of work.

At the heart of the project is the creation of a new kind of co-development ecosystem, where vocational education and teacher training work closely together. The goal is to create more impactful and targeted upskilling opportunities for the adult workforce.,
