In this project we investigate the expansion of organizational accountability from humans to nun-human animals. In practical terms, the aim is to take animals' needs and interests as a starting point for developing indicators related to animal rights and animal welfare for two case organizations. When doing so, we also examine the impacts of such quantification on organizations and society.
