Tampere University of Applied Sciences
1.4.2020–31.5.2022

The main objective of the project is to develop and streamline services and solutions aimed at raising the employment rate, improving employment and training orientation and finding new solutions to improve the availability of skilled labor. The project will develop easy access employment and business services in partnership with different operators in the region, so that job seekers can develop their skills and that employers and other stakeholders find new services models.

Goal

The Employment Service Reform is one of the most impressive targets of the government program that influences the employment policy and how the responsibilities are shared between the state and the municipalities. This project will benefit if the Employment Service Reform pilots will start during 2020, as services will be developed in a new working environment. The project will also support the Employment Service Reform pilots by bringing different counterparts together in the One-Stop Guidence Centers.
