I am working as Associate Professor (Tenure Track) Coating Technologies research group. Research focuses on sustainable coatings and surface engineering solutions for harsh condition such as icephobic coatings, corrosion and wear protection, multifunctional coatings and surfaces as well as repairing.  

Our research areas are icing research including the development of icephobic coatings and surfaces as well as the development of icing testing facilities for different application related conditions. Also, we are focused on research and development of different kind of coatings and surface engineering solutions for different applications. Especially focused on cold spraying and thermal spraying, coating manufacturing and coating materials and their properties and performances. Future coatings. Sustainable surface engineering solutions.
