This event, which is open to the public and free of charge, is based on the course Syväluotaus omaan näyttelijyyteen (Deep Dive into Your Own Acting), which explores acting as an art form that primarily takes place in contact with fellow co-actors, but also in relation to one's own inner impulses.
How can one balance one's own impulses with the suggestions of fellow actors? What kind of negotiation takes place between actors on stage? How can one trust the empty space and dare to surrender to contact while maintaining the sensitivity to react without fear of exposure?
During the Monttu auki evening, students explore these topics in front of an audience through tasks they have chosen from the course syllabus. No reservations are required. Welcome to Teatterimonttu!
