The theme of the event is Time and Space in Interaction.
Time and space are fundamental dimensions of interaction, with meanings that are both concrete and highly abstract. Lived and experienced time as a phenomenon can be differentiated from linear, measurable time. Interaction unfolds in time and is organized sequentially; past and future can be made relevant in interaction in various ways.
Interactional space is constructed between people through their actions and relationships. Space of interaction can also refer to the concrete material environment and the possibilities for action it affords. Space may enable face-to-face interaction or be digital. Participants orient to space and make use of its resources in interaction. Space becomes part of activity in a multisensory way.
We invite participants to reflect on time and space in their own research and to present questions and analytical contributions related to these themes. Presentations on other topics are also welcome.
