During the information session, the key procedures and documents related to the end of the exchange period will be discussed. Topics include, among others, Erasmus+ end-of-exchange documents, possible certificates, and questions related to the official transcript of records. Participants will also receive last-minute reminders to help ensure that the final phase of the exchange runs as smoothly as possible and without any uncertainties.
The session will also introduce Tampere University’s master’s programmes and further study opportunities, which may be of interest to exchange students after the end of their exchange period. Students will be informed about ways to stay connected with Tampere University and about opportunities to return to Tampere as degree students.
As part of responsible and sustainable practices, the information session will additionally provide practical recycling and reuse tips, for example related to housing and everyday items at the end of the exchange period. The aim is to facilitate departure arrangements and to promote sustainable practices during the final stage of exchange studies.
Participation instructions and more detailed practical information will be sent by email to all exchange students who are returning home. The information session is an essential part of the exchange completion process, and participants will gain a comprehensive overview of what needs to be taken into account before leaving Tampere. In addition, information will be shared about end-of-semester events and May Day (Vappu) activities.
