The documentary film depicts the experiences of Thai migrant berry pickers working in Finland and Sweden.

The documentary depicts lived experiences behind the "gold rush" of berry picking in Finland and Sweden. Specifically, it shows what happens on individual level after a failed berry picking trip to Europe. Many pickers come from Thailand’s most deprived region, Isaan. The pickers’ voices reflecting their hardships and dreams are showcased through this documentary which is based on a three-year period of following the migrants’ journeys.

The screening starts at 19:00. The duration of the film is about 50 minutes. Two directors of the film (Kowit Phothisan and Ardchawit Ainha) are present to discuss with the audience after the screening.

The film is subtitled in English, and the discussion will be in English. Free entrance!
