My PhD research focuses on integrating omics-based biomarkers, medication effects, and causal machine learning in the field of biological aging. By evaluating aging clocks, assessing the impact of chronic disease medications on biological aging and leveraging causal machine learning models to predict treatment outcomes, this work aims to inform personalized therapeutic strategies and improve aging-related health outcomes.
