Forget Professors and Lectures – Welcome Learning by Doing! At TAMK Proakatemia, all learning takes place by running a real business together with your fellow students. From day one, you become a team entrepreneur and co-founder of a team enterprise, where you combine theory with real-life business practices.
Within this shared company, you develop essential entrepreneurial, commucation and leadership skills. You gain hands-on experience in project management, sales and marketing, business model innovation, and digital business. Most importantly, you learn how to build and grow a business that is successful, sustainable, and responsible.
Proakatemia is built on an advanced Finnish team learning and coaching pedagogy. Learning happens through teamwork, dialogue, and weekly reflection within your team at campus. Professional team coaches support your journey by guiding innovation processes and helping you set and achieve your personal and team learning goals in line with the curriculum. This unique approach gives you a strong foundation for global team entrepreneurship and leadership in a dynamic, supportive Proakatemia community.
