After completing the course, the student:- masters the basic vocabulary used by health professionals in the fields of anatomy and physiology,- can identify the different tissue types of the human body and their specific characteristics,- knows the functional macro-anatomy of human organ systems,- knows the main physiological functions and mechanisms of action of human organ systems,- knows the principles of vital signs regulation mechanisms and vital signs regulation,- is able to form an overall picture of the interaction of the body&amp;#39;s systems,- understand how the laws of chemistry and physics underlie physiological functions.
