For example, studying intermediate studies may require some completed basic studies. These are described on the Information about studies tab of the study unit under prior requirements.When you have been admitted to the studies, you must enrol separately via the Sisu information system for the implementation of the unit of study and, for example if set, for a practise group of your choice. You will receive instructions on how to do this by e-mail after you have confirmed your acceptance of the study place by paying the required fee.

Contents of the course are - supporting learning and development through culturally, linguistically and worldviewly responsive education &nbsp; -different kinds of opportunity gaps and ways of narrowing them &nbsp;-the intersectionality of identities and construction of identities in educational contexts

The student - understands different perspectives of culturally sensitive pedagogy and multicultural education, and develop his/her own personal theory-in-use for promoting equality and equity in educational communities &nbsp;-understands the intersectionality of identities and knows how to support identities and learning in diverse educational communities &nbsp;-is able to analyse his/her own worldviews, prejudices and stereotypes and the way they shape pedagogical thinking and practices &nbsp;- understands how structural inequalities in society form educational communities and influence the belonging and opportunities of students
