Facilities are accessible

Grid-Connected Systems and Energy Storage Laboratory

The facilities enable comprehensive analysis of various grid-connected systems including single- and three-phase inverters, solar-power systems, and wind-power systems. The facilities also provide methods for state-of-art system analysis and experiments of energy-storage systems such as li-ion batteries.

Power Electronic Systems Laboratory

The facilities enable testing of software solutions for different power electronic systems, such as variable speed drives, and grid-connected converters. Different drive systems and types of converters (two- and multi-level) can be used as case studies. Moreover, state-of-the-art system-on-chip technology is available to facilitate implementation of a variety of algorithms with different computational requirements.
