PIKA Pirkanmaa - Sustainable Digital Work of Future

The aim of the project is to increase the competence of the staff to do work independently of the place. The management skills of remote work of supervisors are increased through multidisciplinary coaching. Employee coaching increases the skills of self- and team-orientation and the necessary technologies.

The aim is to provide companies in Pirkanmaa with the best practices for improving productivity in remote work by utilizing digital tools and methods.

Goal

The PIKA Pirkanmaa - Sustainable Digital Work of the Future project started on September 1, 2021 and will continue until August 31, 2023. The main implementer of the project is Tampere University of Applied Sciences and the project is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and coordinated by the Central Finland Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.

The project is aimed at companies in Pirkanmaa that work remotely or consider doing work remotely or regardless of location.

The project includes surveys related to remote work and company-oriented coaching. The project will involve 15 companies that want to increase the remote work skills of either supervisors / management and staff and would be interested in receiving tips and coaching on well-being at work and remote management or remote work technologies.
