We are a multidisciplinary research team, with expertise in occupational health and safety, workplace ergonomics, occupational epidemiology, work exposures, workplace interventions, work ability, retirement, aging.

Research focus and goals

The research group aims to find strategies and methods to promote work health and work ability as well as develop work environments for the current and coming work force to enable a sustainable workers health throughout the working life. The research focus on functional ability, work ability and strain at work with an emphasis on promotion aspects, especially among elderly
