The LUOVAMBI project aims to promote a balance between efficiency, renewal, and well-being in digitalized expert work.

Objectives:

  • To explore ambidexterity, i.e., the ability to combine the utilization of existing strengths with the creation of new ones in organizations.
  • To identify practices that support the balance between productivity, renewal, and well-being in expert work.
  • To develop digital work practices and AI-assisted work processes.
  • To examine the role of ethics and values in expert work.
  • To create public guidelines and tools for developing more balanced expert work.
