

Riitta-Liisa Larjovuori
About me
I work in the well being at work -research group, which is part of management and organiztion studies in the Faculty of Management and Business.I study and develop human-centered, wellbeing and goal-oriented management in changing organizations and working life. I am especially interested in the management and processes of dispersed organizations and work, including less-hierarchical organizations and digitalized, remote and hybrid work.
Responsibilities
My main responsibilities include conducting research, teaching, as well as planning, managing research and develop project with external funding.
Fields of expertise
My areas of expertise include managing and promoting workplace well-being, leading and developing human resources, and understanding the transformation of working life and its impact on workplace operations and leadership. In addition, I have extensive and diverse experience in coordinating research and development projects, managing finances, project communications, and achieving effective collaboration with companies.
