Learning for Inside Sales Agent - LISA

LISA's goal is to meet the training needs of businesses while also supporting the new educational requirements of universities through:

- A training program for universities with 5 ECTS credits
- Creating employment opportunities for recent graduates
- Enhancing university education programs to meet the demands of these new professions
- Motivating students to pursue a career path in inside sales
- Providing updates for sales professionals

Goal

LISA aims to train a new generation of "work ready" university students for the world of business professions, which is currently experiencing a "talent crisis". The most sought-after professional roles in the job market (as indicated by LinkedIn's Emerging Jobs 2023) are new sales personnel positions, such as inside sales. However, universities offer few professional paths for these roles, and students themselves do not fully grasp the career opportunities available to them.
