Mia Leppälä

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Information and Knowledge Management at Tampere University. My research explores how digital platforms and emerging communication technologies reshape knowledge flows, social networks, collaboration, and everyday organizing in the workplace. By complementing qualitative interpretive analysis with computational techniques like social network analysis, I aim to achieve a holistic and nuanced understanding of the changes in knowledge work.
